James Cimino, D2 TEAM-Sim’s Director of Technology Innovation, is featured in an article in the June 27, 2012 issue of IHS Jane’s Defense Weekly. D2 Speaks at the Army dL Conference

D2 TEAM-Sim presented at the 11th Annual Army Distributed Learning Conference. The conference was held June 12-13th, in Newport News, Virginia. Darrus Long, a Senior Instructional Design for D2 TEAM-Sim, presented "Beyond eLearning: A Structured Approach to IMI Development". The Army dL Conference is hosted by the TRADOC Capability Manager - The Army Distributed Learning Program (TADLP).

D2 TEAM-Sim exhibited at the 2012 Defense GameTech Users’ Conference held in Orlando, FL on March 28-30, 2012. James Cimino, the Director of Technical Innovation for D2 TEAM-Sim, spoke on Friday the 30th, as part of the "Serious Games: Case Studies for Cross Platform Development" track.

US Army Air Defender App Now Available For Download

The Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Branch has released its new app, “US Army Air Defender”. “US Army Air Defender” is available as a free download on the iTunes Store, Google Play and can be played on the web at http://www.usarmyairdefender.com/d2teamsim.html. The App, developed by D2 TEAM-Sim, was created to be used as a recruiting tool for ADA and simulates the progression of an ADA officer from entry level to general officer. Throughout the app, a player conducts training daily to become eligible for promotion. While playing, individuals will learn about ADA weapon systems, assignments, organizations, and history.
